Our Working Process
Conceptual Design
In this initial phase, the design team works closely with the client to understand their vision, needs, and budget. This stage involves site analysis, feasibility studies, and the development of a project brief. Preliminary sketches and mood boards are created to explore different design ideas and concepts, laying the foundation for the project.
Schematic Design
During the schematic design phase, the initial concepts are developed into more detailed layouts. This includes the creation of floor plans, elevations, and basic 3D models to provide a clearer vision of the project. The focus is on spatial relationships, scale, and form. Materials, finishes, and design styles are also considered at this stage, ensuring that the design aligns with the client's expectations.
Design Development
In the design development phase, the schematic design is refined and developed into more detailed drawings and specifications. This includes structural details, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as more precise selections of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
